Vector drawing online, without installing anything
Vector graphics are made of shapes and paths instead of pixels, so they stay sharp at any size. That makes SVG the right format for logos, icons, diagrams, simple illustrations and anything that has to look crisp on both a phone and a billboard. This editor gives you the core tools of a desktop vector app in a browser tab, with nothing to install and no account.
What you can draw
- Shapes: rectangles, ellipses, triangles and lines. Drag to size them, or tap once to drop a default-sized shape (handy on a phone or tablet).
- Freehand pen: sketch with the mouse, a finger or a stylus. Every stroke becomes a vector path.
- Text: click to place text, then change size, colour and opacity.
- Images and SVG files: insert a photo to trace over, or open an existing SVG and keep editing it.
Everything stays editable. Select any object to move, scale or rotate it, change its fill, stroke and stroke width, bring it forward or send it back, duplicate it or delete it. Selecting an object never changes it: the style controls simply show its current style.
Keyboard shortcuts
Undo with Ctrl/Cmd+Z and redo with Shift+Ctrl/Cmd+Z. Delete removes the selection, arrow keys nudge it, and Ctrl/Cmd+C, X, V and D copy, cut, paste and duplicate. Single keys switch tools: V select, P pen, L line, R rectangle, O ellipse, T text.
Exporting: SVG or PNG?
Download SVG when the drawing will be used on the web, in a design tool, or anywhere it needs to scale. Download PNG (1× to 4×) when you need a regular image for a document, a slide or social media. You can also save the project as a .json file and open it again later to continue editing.
Tips
- Set the canvas size first (presets for social posts, icons and slides) and choose a background colour, or keep it transparent for logos.
- Turn off fill or stroke to make outline-only or borderless shapes.
- For pixel-style art, Pixel Art Studio is a better fit. For painting with brushes and flood fill, use the paint canvas.
